We know that choosing a service like RiseCare can feel like a big decision, and it’s natural to have questions especially as this isn’t a typical healthcare service. We also recognise that there are often differing views about paying for care, and we want to be open about what we offer and why. Our goal is to provide extra peace of mind and fast, reliable support when you or your loved ones need it most. Everything you need to know about RiseCare

✅ What is RiseCare?

RiseCare is a private falls response service that provides fast, professional help when someone has a fall at home but does not require a 999 emergency ambulance.

✅ How does RiseCare work with Careline365?

We have partnered with Careline365 to provide a comprehensive careline pendant solution as part of your RiseCare subscription. When the pendant is activated, Careline365’s monitoring centre answers the call and immediately notifies our RiseCare falls response team, who are mobilised to provide help. This partnership ensures you have 24/7 monitoring and rapid, local response whenever it’s needed.

✅ Who responds if I activate my alarm?

Our trained Emergency Care Assistants will attend, supported by our 24/7 Clinical Hub of Specialist Paramedics and doctors with expertise in Emergency and Urgent Care.

✅ How quickly will help arrive?

We aim to respond as quickly as possible. Response times depend on your location, but our service is designed to minimise waiting and provide timely support.

✅ Where do you operate?

We currently cover the South West of England and have plans to expand nationwide.

✅ Is RiseCare a replacement for 999?

No. If someone is seriously injured, unresponsive, or in immediate danger, always call 999. RiseCare is designed for non-life-threatening falls where urgent support is needed. You can find more information on our acceptance criteria via our RiseCare Terms and Conditions.

✅ Do I need a keysafe?

We strongly recommend a keysafe to enable our responders to access your property quickly and safely if you are unable to open the door. We can complete this for you for a one time installation fee of £50.

✅ Can I arrange this service for a family member?

Yes — many of our customers take out subscriptions for parents or loved ones to give added peace of mind.

✅ Do you offer flexible payment options?

Yes. We offer simple, clear monthly subscriptions with no hidden fees.

✅ What happens if I fall but don’t press my pendant?

Our service relies on activation of your careline pendant or a call to the careline. If you are concerned about this, please contact us to discuss additional safety options.

✅ How do I sign up?
